
Nothing beats pancakes when hiking. It's super easy, really tasty and everyone loves it!
Ingredients
- 8 x eggs
- 4 tbsp sugar
- 1 l milk
- 6 dl plain white flour
Method
- Whisk eggs and sugar with half the milk.
- Add the flour and mix it well.
- Add the remaining milk and mix it even. Let it set for about 5 to 10 minutes.
- If you're going out hiking, pour the pancake mix in a bottle and bring it with you.
- Use butter in a pan to fry pancakes. Using medium heat.
