
Ingredients
- 1 clove garlic
- ½ x yellow onion
- 200 g minced meat
- 1 tbsp fresh basil
- 400 g diced tomatoes
- 100 g spaghetti
Method
- Boil spaghetti in salted water.
- Mince the garlic and onion and fry in a frying pan until the onion is soft.
- Add the minced meat and cook until it's almost done before adding the basil and diced tomatoes. Simmer for about 15 minutes.
- Season the meat sauce with salt and pepper and serve with spaghetti.
