
Ingredients
- 1 x broccoli stalk
- ½ x cucumber
- 1 thumb ginger
- 1 x red chili
- 2 tbsp roasted sesame seeds
- 1 pack bean sprouts
- 6 tbsp fish sauce
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 x lime
Method
- Lightly peel the broccoli stalk, preferably using a mandolin to make long thin strips of the broccoli stalk and cucumber. If you do not have a mandolin, you can cut it by hand as thin as you can.
- Grate the ginger, mince the chili and mix everything in a bowl. Squeeze the lime juice over and mix together. Let it marinate a little before serving. Top it with fresh herbs such as coriander, chervil or parsley.
