
Ingredients
- 3 dl white beans
- 2 tbsp cacao
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 pinch salt
- 100 g dark chocolate
Method
- Rinse the beans in water and mix them in a food prosessor until smooth.
- Mix cocoa powder, salt and brown sugar together with the beans. Melt 1/3 of the chocolate and blend it into the batter.
- Put the dough into the fridge for about ten minutes. Chop 1/3 of the chocolate and mix it into the dough after ten minutes.
- Form the dough into a rectangle and cut into equal squares. Dip the pieces in the last part of the melted chocolate.
