
Ingredients
- 1 pack corn
- ½ x red onion
- ½ x green chili
- 3 tbsp fresh coriander
- 50 g feta cheese
- ¼ x lime
Method
- Cook corn in a frying pan along with oil or butter.
- Mince the red onion, green (or red) chili and coriander and add to a bowl with corn and feta cheese. Top with lime juice.
- Serve the salsa with tortilla chips.
