
Ingredients
- 1 dl rice
- ΒΌ x cabbage
- Β½ x red onion
- 1 tsp chipotle salsa
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 250 g shrimps
Method
- Boil rice according to the instructions on the package.
- Thinly slice the cabbage and red onion, and wok in a pan until the cabbage begins to soften.
- Add soy sauce and chipotle salsa, stir well, and let it simmer to allow the flavours to come together.
- Peel the shrimp and add to the wok once it looks almost finished. Cook with the shrimp for 2-3 minutes.
- Serve with rice.
