
Do this at home: Make the dough and pack your bags. Bring some flour outside as well to work with.
Ingredients
- 8 dl plain white flour
- 1 dl sugar
- 1 tsp cardamom
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 g saffron
- 5 tbsp butter
- 2 dl whole milk
- 1 handful raisins
Method
- Mix all the dry ingredients with milk. Add extra flour if needed.
- When you've lit the campfire, start by rolling out a handful dough. Shape it to the standard "S" shape and add a raisin in each end. Add it at the end of a stick and bake it on the campfire. Avoid direct flames.
