
It is so easy to prepare these raw vegan coconut balls and they do also make the perfect, healthy snack!
Ingredients
- 150 g coconut flakes
- 100 g cashews
- 100 g coconut oil
- 70 g maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 15 x almond
Method
- Add all the ingredients to a high speed blender, except for the almonds. Mix it until a smooth consistency and the add the mixture into a bowl.
- Place in the fridge for 1-2h until it hardens a little.
- Remove from the fridge and scoop a teaspoon of the mixture and place an almond in the middle. Roll into a ball and then coat it in coconut flakes.
- Repeat this process until there is no mixture left. And enjoy!!
