
Ingredients
- 2 x eggs
- 2 tbsp peanut butter
- 3 dl chickpeas
- 4 tbsp agave sirup
- 4 tbsp oat flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 pinch salt
- 50 g dark chocolate
- 1 pack cream cheese
- 3 tbsp powdered sugar
- 3 tbsp raw cacao
Method
- Preheat the oven at 190 degrees celsius.
- Rinse the chickpeas in cold water and use a hand blender to mix the chickpeas with egg, peanut butter and maple syrup into a batter.
- Stir in the dry ingredients and add the chopped chocolate.
- Pour the batter into muffin tins, and bake in the oven for about twenty minutes or until you get a golden brown colour.
- Mix together the cream cheese, icing sugar and cocoa powder to make a glaze and put on the muffins when they have cooled.
